HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 683 - Accept Paving Improvements - Kerr Co - Lots 126-225, Revier Farm Addition - 01/08/1981f y RESOLUTION #683 - 1/8/81 rj RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordi- nance 1331, the subdivider of Revier Farm Addition Lots 126-225 made arrangements with Kerr Construction Company for the construction of paving improvements on cer- tain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Revier Farm Addition Lots: 126- 225, including the following streets: Ironton Ave. from its intersection with a line 15.00' south of south property line of 5th St. to its intersection with the south raw edge of 4th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 65 of Unit Number 2026. 10th Drive from its intersection with a line 15.00' south of south property line of 5th St. to its intersection with a line 16.00' northwest of the northwest property line of Iola Ave. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 66 of Unit Number 2026. Iola Ave. from its intersection with a line 44.24' south of the south property line of 5th St. to the north end of cul-de-sac south of 4th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 67 of Unit Number 2026. 9th Drive from its intersection with a line 15.00' northwest of the northwest property line of Iola Drive to its intersection with a line 44.24' south of south property line of 5th St. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 68 of Unit Number 2026. 5th St. from its intersection with the east lip line of Ironton Ave. to its inter- section with the west lip line of Iola Ave. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 69 of Unit Number 2026. 5th St. from its intersection with the west lip line of Ironton Ave. to its inter- section with a line 7.0' west of west property line of the alley west of Ironton Ave. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 70 of Unit Number 2026. Hyden Ave. from its intersection with the north lip line of 9th Dr. to its inter- section with a line 7.0' north of the north property line of the alley north of 9th Dr. known and desingated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 71 of Unit Number 2026. 6th St. from its intersection with the west lip line of 10th Dr. to its intersection with the west property line of Lot 4205 of Revier Farm Addition known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 72 of Unit Number 2026. Hyden Ave. from its intersection with the east lip line of 10th Dr. to its inter- section with the west lip line of 9th Dr. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 73 of Unit Number 2026. Iola Dr. from its intersection with a line 10.00' east of the east property line of the alley east of 9th Dr. to its intersection with a line 22.00' east of the west property line of 9th Dr. known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Num- ber 74 of Unit Number 2026. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovementioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improve- ments have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been construc- ted in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow money. II. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1981.
