BOX 1689 FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76101 License No. DTFA07-80-L-01145 Instrument Landing System Lubbock Regional Airport Lubbock, Texas SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of February, 1981 ,xx by and between THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, represented by the Federal Aviation Administration, hereinafter called the Government, and THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, hereinafter called the Licensor, whose address is Lubb6ck-Regional Airport, Route 3, Box 389, Lubbock, Texas 79401, WITNESSETH, THAT: WHEREAS, referenced License No. DTFA07-80-L-01145 is now in the offices of the City of Lubbock, Texas, awaiting execution; and WHEREAS, the Government has a requirement to provide electric power service for the localizer covered by said license according to the specifications and requirements on Drawing No. SW -D -9598-1A (Revised) which is designated as Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, both parties hereto mutually agree to amend this license for the purposes stated above. NOW, THEREFORE, effective June 1, 1980, retroactively, the parties hereto agree to amend this license in the following particulars only, VIZ: The Licensor grants the Government the right to provide electric power service for the localizer covered by said license according to the ,,specifications and requirements on Drawing No. SW -D -9598-1A (Revised), attached hereto and made a part hereof. .ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the License are hereby ratified and, except as amended herein, shall be and remain the same.
