Vandiver, Assistant City Attorney RESOLUTION #717 - 2/12/81 Amends Reso. 669 - 12/11/80 Amendment No. 1 To The Home Energy Assistance Program Contract With Texas Department of Human Resources The Texas Department of Human Resources, hereinafter called the Department, and the undersigned contractor, hereinafter called the Contractor, have previously entered into a contract under which the Contractor is to make for the Department determinations of eligibility of applicants for assistance in the Home Energy Assistance Program. The Contractor and the Department wish to more clearly specify the original intent of the parties regarding the reimbursement provisions of such contract, and therefore agree to change the contract as follows: Article III, Paragraph A, is amended to read: A. The Department agrees to pay the Contractor for administrative expenses incurred pursuant to this contract the following amounts; 1. $ 12,699.00 , to be billed in partial amounts as approved by the Department; and, 2. For each completed eligibility determination in excess of 1269 , the amount of $10.00.
