RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION 955 - 10/22/81
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Resolution
authorizing the Mayor to request a rehearing before the Texas Water Commission
on the City of Lubbock's request ;for an amendment to its waste water permit anc
to execute all necessary documents pertaining thereto, which shall be spread
upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council
shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in
detail.
Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of October ,1981.

ORDER AFFIRMING
TEMPORARY ORDER NO. 82-9E
On July 2, 1982, the Texas Water Commission considered the
application of the City of Lubbock for a temporary order pursuant
to Section 26.0191, Texas Water Code, and 31 TAC Sections 341.92 -
341.94 of the Texas Department of Water Resources, and issued
Temporary Order No. 82-9E. On July 20, 1982, after timely notice
of the hearing, the Commission considered whether to affirm, modify
or set aside Temporary Order No. 82-9E. After considering the
evidence, the Commission finds that Temporary Order No. 82-9E should
be affirmed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION
THAT Temporary Order No. 82-9E be hereby affirmed.
