RESOLUTION 1004 - 1/14/82
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an Oil and Gas
Drilling Permit between the City of Lubbock and S. E. Cone, Jr. for drilling
of an oil and gas well known as the Ralph Robinson No. 1 attached herewith -
which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the
minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if
fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 14th day of January ,1982.

OIL AND GAS DRILLING PERMIT
THE STATE OF TEXAS §
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LUBBOCK §
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas, hereby approves and
grants permission to S. E. Cone, Jr. for the drilling of an oil and gas well
known as the Ralph Robinson No. 1 to be located on the site and in the production
unit indicated on the application attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference for all purposes.
S. E. Cone, Jr. hereinafter referred to as PERMITTEE, hereby agrees that
each provision of Chapter 19A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock
will be complied with and.that this permit is issued contingent upon such
compliance. Chapter 19A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lubbock is
by reference incorporated herein for all purposes and shall have the same
force and effect as if copied herein.
This permit is granted for a period of one (1) year from date of issuance
and as long thereafter as drilling operations continue at the site referred to
hereinabove, provided that compliance with the terms of Chapter 19A is maintained.
The bond and insurance as required by Chapter 19A of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Lubbock has been heretofore submitted by the PERMITTEE, and are
hereby approved.
PERMITTEE agrees to save harmless the City of Lubbock from and against
all claims, suits, damages or losses in any manner arising out of or connected
with the drilling and/or operation of this oil and gas well.
GRANTED this 14th day of January 1982.
