Yours truly, Ben Alley District Engineer By ack N. Moore Secretary Steering Committee JNM/la Encl. II / , (,/ V-3 On August I1, 1983, approximately 2:05, Jim Bertram requested the joint resolution (Agenda Item #23), as Judge Shaw wished to sign the resolution while he was here. As counsel was still in session, Evelyn requested that I assist Jim. Four copies of the resolution (Agenda Item #23), which had been executed by the City, were given to Jim Bertram. He said he would bring them right back. In a few moments,Jim returned with two copies of the resolution which Judge Shaw had brought, which had been executed by the County, and said that Judge Shaw had taken the four copies I had given him and was going to hand carry them to Frank Guess and Jim Bob Darnell for signature. I was not aware at the time the documents were released that they were going to be taken from the building.. I later asked Jim who Judge Shaw was going to return the documents to. He said we might have to call and check with Judge Shaw on it, but that his impression was that Judge Shaw was going to return the documents to hiui (J. Bertram). When Judge Shaw returns the copies there will be a -total of 6 signed copies. a
