We the undersigned downtown merchants endorse Fiestas
Mexicanas, Inc. and their idea to stage Fiestas '83 on
the downtown streets of Broadway and Avenue J. We
realize that the streets will have to be blocked off
for the days of September 15-17, 1983. We also under-
stand that Broadway will be open for traffic up to
7:00 p.m. each day which will mark the time for Broad-
way to be•baracaded completely for the Fiesta activi-
ties. The streets will be blocked off from Texas
Avenue to Avenue K.
Thank You.
