HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1595 - Accept Paving Improvements - Kerr Co - Tract D, Whisperwood Addition - 03/08/1984RESOLUTION 1595 - 3/8/84 1 Lk RESOLUTIOU RESOLUTION ACSEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Whisperwood Addition, Tract "D" made arrangements with Kerr Construction Company for the construction of paving improvements on a certain street dedicated in said subdivision under the pro- visions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Whisperwood Addition, Tract "D" including the following street: Construction of alley return on North side of 4th Street at the ;i East property line of Tract "D", Whisperwood Addition, New Sub- division Unit No. 2029-88. i XTD WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accor- dance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, T21W. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be and the same are hereby* accepted and the City Engineer be and he is here- by authorized to notify the Developer of acceptance by the Lubbock City Council and amount of construction cost due to the paving contractor from the Developer.
