HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1638 - Accept Paving Improvements - Kerr - Lots 3, 4, & 5 Camelot Addition - 04/12/1984RESOLUTION 163.8 - 4/12/84 RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF A STREET AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Camelot Addition, Lots 3, 4, & 5 made arrangements with Kerr Construction Company for the construction of paving improvements on a street dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of the above mentioned addition including the following street: 34th Street from west property line of Lot 3 to 265.81 feet east of Lot 3, Unit number 2030-75 AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I That the improvements.on said portions of the above mentioned street be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to notify the developer of acceptance by the City Council and amount of construction cost. II. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
