HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1623 - Applicant Statement Regarding Landfill - 03/22/1984SPR DGV:js RESOLUTION RESOLUTION 1623 - 3/22/84 WHEREAS, Sec. 325.74(b)(6)(0) of the Municipal Solid Waste Management Regulations of the Texas Department of Health require the City of Lubbock as a municipal solid waste facility operator to make an Applicant's Statement with regard to such operation; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Manager BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock the Applicant's Statement prepared pursuant to Sec. 325.74(b)(6)(0) of the Municipal Solid Waste Management Regulations and any associated documents for submission to the Texas Department of Health.
