HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1735 - Accept Paving Improvements - MSC - Tract A, Charter Hospital Addition - 06/28/19846, RESOLUTION 1735 - 6/28/84 i RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Charter Hospital Addition, Tract "A" made arrangements with McDevitt S Street Company for the construction of paving improvements dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of the abovementioned addition, including the following: Erskine Street, curb and gutter only, from its intersection with the east lip line of North Salem Avenue to its intersection with a line 235.02 feet east of the east lip line of North Salem Ave. known and designated as New Subdi.vision Sub -Unit Number 43 of Unit Number 2029. Concrete drainage channel from the east back of curb at North Salem & Grinnel to the east -west drainage easement south of Grinnel Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 44 of Unit Number 2029. .AND WHEREAS, the'_construction of the above improvements was.performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. That the improvements be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to notify the Developer -of - acceptance by the Lubbock City Council. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
