HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2010 - CO#4 To Contract - Lee Lewis - Terminal Expansion, LIA - 04/25/1985HW:cl Resolution #2010 April 25, 1985 Agenda Item #31 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Change Order No. 4 to a contract previously entered into by and between said City and Lee Lewis Contractor for expansion of the Lubbock International Airport Terminal, attached herewith, which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. Passed by the City Council this 25th day of April 1985.
