A random check of quantity take -offs which you submitted revealed a shortage in your estimate of approximately 20 cubic yards. In addition, five (5) of the concrete tickets submitted were for deliveries on days when there were no piers poured. This was determined by cross checking the testing laboratory reports. The quantity totaled twenty-nine (29) yards. I am therefore adjusting your request as follows: Concrete 370.25 cy @ 58.00/cy $21,474.50 Labor 370.25 cy 0 8.60/cy 3,184.15 28% Labor tax 891.56 Excess drilling 10 175.00 5,725.21 10% O.H. and profit 3,572.52 $39,297.73 Please contact me if you have questions.
