OUTHWEST REGION , POST OFFICE BOX 1689 FORT WORTH, TEXAS 7610-1 DTFA07-83-L-01011 R14Y 17P, REII-/VASI/ILS/14ALSR/ RVR/RBC/RTR/LOC FWY 35L, ORALS RWY 08, REIL Lubbock Regional Airport Lubbock, Texas SUPPLE14ENTAL AGREEMENT NOO 2 THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 28th day of August 1986, by and between CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, Route 3, Box 201, Lubbock, Texas 79401, for itself, its successors and assigns, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the UNITED STATES OF AMIERICA, represented by the Federal Aviation Administration, hereinafter referred to as the Government, WITNESSETH, That.: WHEREAS, on the March 25, 1982, the parties hereto entered into Lease No. DTFA07-83-L-01011, as amended by Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated April 24, 1986, for the considerations and purposes stated in said lease, as amended; and W I HEREAS, the Government has a need for a power cable right-of-waY, permission.to bare under Taxiway "Ll' and use of existing airport cable ducts all as more pa'rticu'larfy shown on Exhibit 11A, e' attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Lessor is willing, to grant the cable right-of-way; use of ,Its ducts, and permission to bore under Taxiway "Ll' to the Govermlent for the purpose of construction, operation, and maintenance of a REIL System on Runway No. 08. WHEREAS, the parties hereunto agree that it is to their mutual benefit and advantage to amend said lease. NOW, THER8FORE, effective August 11, 1986, the parties hereto agree to further amend the basic lease in the following particulars only, VIZ: The Lessor grants to the Government the cable right-of-way it needs, the right to bore under'Taxiway "Ll', and use of its existing power cable ducts as shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof.
