RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF AN ALLEY AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Myrtie Reid Addition Tract "A" and Lots 1
through 8 made arrangements with Commercial Concrete for the construction of
paving improvements on a portion of an alley dedicated in said subdivision
under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the sub-
division plat of Myrtie Reid Addition Tract "A" and Lots 1 through 8 includ-
ing the following alley:
Alley returns on 74th Place and 76th Street west of University Avenue;
known and designated as new subdivision sub -unit No. 84 of Unit No. 2030.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the abovemen-
tioned alley was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance
with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned alley be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to notify the Developer of acceptance by the Lubbock City Council.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
