WHEREAS, Lubbock Power and Light and Water heretofore upon November
31 1986, filed an application with the City Secretary of the City of
Lubbock requesting a change in tariffs with regard to miscellaneous
service charges; and
WHEREAS, such rate changes will affect only a small percentage of
the customers of the utility and is not a major change; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT Lubbock Power and Light and Water may implement the changes in
tariff filed with the City Secretary of the City of Lubbock, a copy of
which statement of intent is attached hereto as Exhibit A. as of December
1, 1986.
