HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2462 - Authorize Tariff Changes - LP&L - Effetive 12/1/1986 - 11/13/1986DGV: dw Resolution #2462 November 13, 1986 Agenda Item #5 WHEREAS, Lubbock Power and Light and Water heretofore upon November 31 1986, filed an application with the City Secretary of the City of Lubbock requesting a change in tariffs with regard to miscellaneous service charges; and WHEREAS, such rate changes will affect only a small percentage of the customers of the utility and is not a major change; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT Lubbock Power and Light and Water may implement the changes in tariff filed with the City Secretary of the City of Lubbock, a copy of which statement of intent is attached hereto as Exhibit A. as of December 1, 1986.
