BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Lubbock a Dedication Deed in connection with the plat-
ting by said City of Lot 305, Midway Park Addition to the City
of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, attached herewith, which
shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread
upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a
part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of January
1981,

COUNTY OF LUBBOCK § DEDICATION DEED
This is to certify that the City of Lubbock, a home rule
municipality of the County of Lubbock, State of Texas, is the
sole owner of a tract of land situated in Lubbock County, Texas,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION for the plat limits of Lot 305,
Midway Park Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County,
Texas, being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which bears North a distance of 1035.80
feet and East a distance of 829.51 feet from the Southwest
corner of Section 17, Block "B", Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE N. 53054' E. a distance of 707.15 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 36006' W. a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 53054' E. a distance of 37.29 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 36006' W. a distance of 15.00 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 53054' E. a distance of 30.00 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 81006' W. a distance of 14.14 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 36006' W. a distance of 205.03 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 53054' W. a distance of 134.15 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 81006' W. a distance of 11.68 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 10057'15" E. a distance of 6.80 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 66006' E. a distance of 25.53 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 53054' W. a distance of 442.59 feet to a point;
THENCE South a distance of 321.60 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Said City does hereby plat the above described property into lots
and blocks, designating streets, alleys and other public proper-
ties as thereon shown in accordance with the attached map,
prepared by Richard R. Barton, registered public surveyor for the
City of Lubbock, Texas, on the 18th day of February, 1986, and
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Lubbock on the

said property plat d an duly filed for record as required by
law, all as shown on the attached map; NOW THEREFORE:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That said City of Lubbock does hereby DEDICATE all the
streets, alleys and other public properties thereon shown and
designated upon said map to the PUBLIC for PUBLIC USE FOREVER;
and by these presents, does impress the name of Lot 305, Midway
Park Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, upon
said property for the correct reference and description thereto
by lots and blocks as indicated upon the attached map, and said
City does hereby adopt the name hereinabove stated and impress
the same upon said land, incorporating said map as a part of this
dedication.
