RESOLUTION •ME1' 1M IMPROVEMENTS ON PCIPMONS OF STREETSII
AVENUES E/ :E •
WHMWS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Castle Ridge Addition, bots 1-96
made arrangements with the Craft Contracting Corporation, for the con-
struction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording
of the subdivision plat of the above-mentioned addition including the
following streets:
South half of 82nd Street from its intersection with the center
line of Chicago Avenue to its intersection with the West end
of the alley return West of Colton Avenue known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 08 of Unit
Number 2033.
83rd Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet West of
the West ROW line of Colton Avenue to its intersection with
the West lip line of Chicago Avenue known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 09 of Unit Number 2033.
84th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet West of
the West ROW line of Dover Avenue to its intersection with
the West lip line of Chicago Avenue known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 10 of Unit Number 2033.
85th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet West of
the West ROW line of Dover Avenue to its intersection with
the West lip line of Chicago Avenue known and designated as
New Subdivision Sub Unit 11 of Unit Number 2033.
West 1/2 of Chicago Avenue from its intersection with the South
lip line of 82nd Street to its intersection with a line 7
feet North of the North property line of the alley South of
85th Street known and designated as New Subdivision Subunit
Number 12 of Unit Number 2033.
Clinton Avenue from its intersection with the culdesac South of
82nd Street to its intersection with the North lip line of
83rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Subunit
Number 13 of Unit Number 2033.
Colton Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of
82nd Street to its intersection with the North lip line of
83rd Street known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 14 of Unit Number 2033.
Dover Avenue from its intersection with the South lip line of
85th Street to its intersection with a line 7 feet North of
the North property line of the alley South of 85th Street
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit 15 of Unit
Number 2033.
Colton Avenue from its intersection with

Colton Avenue North of 83rd Street to its intersection with a
line 147 feet West of the West ROW line of Colton Avenue
known and designated as New Subdivision Sub Unit Number 20 of
Unit Number 2033.
Alley paving between 83rd Street and 84th Street and between
Colton Avenue and Chicago Avenue known and designated as New
Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 21 of Unit Number 2033.
Alley paving between 84th Street and 85th Street and between
Dover Avenue and Chicago Avenue known and designated as New
Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 22 of Unit Number 2033.
Alley paving between 85th Street and 86th Street and between
Dover Avenue and Chicago Avenue known and designated as New
Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 23 of Unit Number 2033; and

WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City
Engineer and Hugo Reed & Associates, Inc., and said improvements have
been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed
in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provi-
sions of City Ordinance 13311 NOW THMUFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the improvements on said portions of the above-
mentioned streets BE and the same are hereby accepted and the City
Engineer BE and he is hereby authorized to notify the Developer of
acceptance by the City Council and to direct the payment of the City's
portion of the cost in the amount of $9,496.18.
SECTION 2. THAT this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
Passed by the City Council this 11th day of June . 1987.
