Resolution No. 2020-R0426 l Mw11Wr6v&A December 15.2020 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the City Council hereby accepts, on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Special Warranty Deed for lots as described in Exhibits "A - C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, from Betenbough Homes, Inc. for certain real property located in Bell Farms Addition, Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and related documents. Said Special Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
