City of Lubbock, Dennis McGill, Tracy Bau- gh, Joy Ridlehuber, Ed Stephens, Bill Adling, Ben Ybanez and Harold Long Per our telephone conversation, I have drawn a proposed Satisfaction of Judgment document to present to the City Council for approval of execution on behalf of the City in this case. I have asked the plaintiff's attorney to have a check drawn in favor of the City in the settlement amount of $43,250.00. He will hold the check and we will hold any executed documents until everything is ready to be exchanged. The Satisfaction of Judgment document will not be filed and effective, of course, until we actually receive the settlement money. Very truly yours, CRENSHAW, DUPREE & MILAM Philip W.
