RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Changer Order
No. 1 to a contract previously entered into by and between said City and Sirsi
Corporation for the Library Automation System, attached herewith, which shall
be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of
this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully
copied herein in detail.
Passed by the City Council this 19th day of December , 1991.

CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO BID NO. 11193
LIBRARY AUTOMATION PROJECT
TO: SIRSI Corporation
110 Walker Ave.
Huntsville, Alabama 35801
Gentlemen:
WHEREAS, it is desirable to make changes with the contract for this project,
being namely the following:
Purchase of additional hardware and software capability to
provide added services to library users.
WHEREAS, the Contractor herein agrees to the following changes:
Provide the City of Lubbock, Lubbock City -County Library, with
software packages and with hardware upgrades at a total cost of
$61,408.
THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: The Owner and the Contractor agree to the change
shown herein. the Contractor agrees to proceed with provision of these items in
accordance with the plans of the Contract. Furthermore, the parties agree that the
original Contract between the Owner and the Contractor shall be modified to the
extent herein indicated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owner and the Contractor have hereto set their hands
this 19th day of December, 1991.
