RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND ALLEYS AS
ISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
:hapter 25 of the City of Lubbock Code of Ordinances, the subdivider of Lots
9-131 and Tract Q, King's Park Addition, made arrangements with Ronnie Zahn
laving, for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets and
alleys dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Code prior
.o the recording of the subdivision plat of the above-mentioned Addition and
alleys including the following streets and alleys:
75th Street from the East right-of-way line of a 100 foot drainage
channel to the cul-de-sac East of Nashville Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 32 of Unit Number
2035.
75th Street from East end of radius of the alley return East of
Norwood Avenue to the East right-of-way line of a 100 foot
drainage channel, known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -Unit
Number 33 of Unit Number 2035.
75th Place from face of curb on Memphis Avenue to the cul-de-sac
West of Nashville Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 34 of Unit Number 2035.
76th Street from face of curb on Memphis Avenue to the cul-de-sac
West of Miami Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number 35 of Unit Number 2035.
77th Street from cul-de-sac West of Miami Avenue to the cul-de-sac
East of Miami Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Sub -
Unit Number 36 of Unit Number 2035.
Miami Avenue from the North lip line of 77th Street to the South
lip line of 76th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit 37 of Unit Number 2035.
Miami Avenue from the North lip line of 76th Street to the South
lip line of 75th Place, known and designated as New Subdivision
Sub -Unit Number 38 of Unit Number 2035.
Nashville Avenue from the North lip line of 75th Place to the
South lip line of 75th Street, known and designated as New
Subdivision Sub -Unit Number 39 of Unit Number 2035.
WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
nentioned streets and alleys was performed under the supervision of the City
ngineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected
ind found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 25 of the City of Lubbock Code of
)rdinances; NOW THEREFORE:
IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the improvements on said portions of the above-
entioned streets and alleys BE and the same are hereby accepted and the City
ngineer BE and he is hereby authorized to notify the Developer of acceptance
y the Lubbock City Council.
SECTION 2. THAT this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
nd after the date of its passage.
