Mayor: At this time I would call up the consent agenda. Are there any items on the
consent agenda that members of the Council or members of the citizens in
attendance wish to withdraw from the consent agenda?
Patterson: If not, Mr. Mayor, I so move that items 4 through 27 be accepted.
Mayor: I have a motion from Councilman Patterson that we approve the consent agenda
items 4 through 27. Do I have a second?
Sitton: Second.
Mayor: Second by Councilwoman Sitton. Any further discussion? Hearing none, then I
will call for the question. All respond by saying "aye." Any opposed by "nay."
The consent agenda is approved in full.
