HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2020-R0362 - Dedication Deed, X-Fab AdditionResolution No. 2020-RO362 Item No. 7.8 October 13, 2020 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Dedication Deed and associated Easements in connection with a property described as Tracts A-D, X-Fab Addition, Lubbock County, Texas, as described in the Dedication Deed recorded in Volume 1363, Page 977 of the Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas and all related documents. Said Dedication Deeds and Easements are attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
