PERFORMING AGENCY will require all employees, volunteers, subcontractors, and subcontractors' employees to sign a statement of confidentiality assuring compliance with the law. These statements must be available for inspection by RECEIVING AGENCY Program staff at the PERFORMING AGENCY headquarters and at each respective subcontractor office.
