RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,on May 11,2017,through Resolution No.2017-R0177 (the "Resolution"),
the City Council of the Cityof Lubbock (the"City Council")created the Comprehensive
Plan Advisory Committee (the "Committee");and
WHEREAS,the City Council attached to the Resolution an Exhibit B that listed the
names of those appointed to be members of the Committee;and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to amend the Resolution by adding a name to the
Committee members listed in Exhibit B of the Resolution; and NOW,THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Section 1.THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock hereby amends Resolution
No.2017-R0177 by replacing the Exhibit B attached to the original Resolution with the
Exhibit B attached to this amendment.The attached Exhibit B adds Mr.Chris Berry to
the list of members of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee created by
Resolution No.2017-R0177.
Section 2.THAT with the exception of the amended Exhibit B attached to this
amendment,the remainder of Resolution No.2017-R0177 shall remain in full force and
effect.
