RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a proposal for the City of Lubbock - Lot
and Zoning Improvement program, by and between the City of Lubbock and U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development under the Home Investment partnerships (HOME)
Program and all related documents. Said proposal is attached hereto and incorporated in this
resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.

CITY COUNCIL APPROVED
2000-2003 Consolidated Plan and
PROJECTS FOR FY2000-2001 FOR
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program
(HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG).
On June 20, 2000 the Lubbock City Council held a Public Hearing and voted to
recommend to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the 2000-2003 Consolidated
Plan, and the following projects for FY 2000-2001. Comments on the plan, and
proposals will be accepted through July 28, 2000. Comments may be sent in writing to:
