Said proposal is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. On June 20, 2000 the Lubbock City Council held a Public Hearing and voted to recommend to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the 2000-2003 Consolidated Plan, and the following projects for FY 2000-2001.
