RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an Amendment of
Company Standard Agreement between the City of Lubbock and Polly D. Vann d/b/a
V -tech Environmental Services, and any other related documents. Said Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall
be included in the minutes of the Council.
Passed by the City Council this 2nd day, of MarcXR .

AMENDMENT OF COMPANY STANDARD AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on or about February 5, 2000, Polly D. Vann d/b/a V -tech Environmental
Services (the "Contractor") and the City of Lubbock, a Texas Home Rule Municipal
Corporation (the "City") entered into that certain Company Standard Agreement (the
"Agreement") for the Phase II Environmental Investigation for Small Arms Range
Facility located at Reese Center, Lubbock County, Lubbock, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor and the City now desire to amend the Agreement in certain
respects.
NOW, THEREFORE, Contractor and City hereby agree to amend the Agreement as
follows:
1. Attachment "A", attached hereto, is added to and made a part of the Agreement,
as contemplated by Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph 1 of Section I of the Agreement.
2. Paragraph 2 of Section I is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the
following:
"2. To submit the following reports, drawings, specifications, and related
documents to City at the following times or as specified:
Phase II Environmental Investigation Report, maps, drawings,
analytical, aerial photography & pictorial documentation. Intrusive investigation
limited to the area of land located inside the proposed Small Arms Range Facility
located at Reese Center, Lubbock County, Lubbock, Texas, as more particularly
described in Attachment "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
purposes.
All reports, drawings, specifications, and related documents produced
as a result of the Work shall be the property of City."

3. Paragraph 3 of Section I is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The term of this Agreement begins on the Effective Date and terminates on
March 29, 2000. All Work shall be completed on or before March 29, 2000."
4. Paragraph 1 of Section II is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the
following:
"1. To pay Contractor as full and complete consideration for
performance of all requirements of this Agreement:
(a) A total amount not to exceed Forty Nine Thousand Four Hundred
Seventy and no/100 Dollars ($49,470.00)."
5. Except as otherwise amended herein, all terms and provisions of the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect as expressed.
