RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
THAT the City Council of Lubbock hereby authorizes and approves for and on
behalf of the City of Lubbock, Citibus to spend funds received from a Section 5307 grant
under the Department of Transportation Federal Transit Act, as amended, to provide
capital, operating and planning assistance for FY 1999-2000. Said Section 5307 Grant
Application is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth
herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of January 2000.
