Subject: Re: Fwd: Notice of Intent/tax abatement/Sonic/Williams
Linda/Don:
I would like the date on the Notice of Intent on the Sonic tax abatement to be November 7, 2000 and the
date on the Notice of Intent on the Williams tax abatement to be November 27, 2000.
1 am waiting on Rod Warren to come by and sign the contract for the Sonic abatement. If he doesn't get
here before 5:00 pm will it be alright for me to turn the legal documents into you tomorrow. I talked with
him on Saturday and he's supposed to come by and sign the abatement today.
Thanks, Cheryl

Received a message from John Knight that he is out of the office and requested that you provide the
information to Don Vandiver.
Thanks
