You recollection matches mine, so maybe we are both wrong, or right.

They were passed contingent on working out something with a&m, yes? If so, while they were passed,
they are of no import since the contingency failed. Someone please correct me if my recollection on this
matter is in error.

Anita,
All three of these items were passed by Council. Do we need to take steps through Council to "undo"
these? Also, I'll need proper wording to document our permanent minutes for May 10 and June 26th
(since we never got contracts --nor resolutions on 2 of these)
May 10, 2001
R0176 - no resolution/no contract (passed May 10, 2001)
R0177 - no resolutionlno contract (passed May 10, 2001)
R0275 - have signed resolution, but unsigned contract (passed June 26, 2001)
thx,
bg

Resolutions R0176, R0177 and R0275 were all dependent on working out a deal with Texas A&M and it
didn't happen. All these items are dead.

Linda,
Re: May 10th Reso with TAMU - regarding the provision of ground water by COL in exchange for ROW
easement for railroad
When you get opportunity (no hurry, just sometime within the next week), I would like to get your opinion
on how to deal with this item that is in our minutes as having passed. I know that we've discussed before,
but at the time we thought we were going to have another Reso replace this one.
probably need something in writing from someone involved and with authority letting us know what we
need to do. Especially since this was on consent agenda and Council approved it.
Thanks for your help,

As you know, the documents provided Council were drafts. They still don't exist in their final form as
negotiations are ongoing. As soon as we finalize them, I'll get copies to you. We may have to go back to
Council if the final versions are substantially different from the drafts.

Richard,
Re: May 10th City Council Meeting
1. Consent agenda item #41, Resolution and agreement with Texas A&M regarding the provision of
groundwater in exchange for right of way easement
2. Consent agenda item #42, Resolution and agreement regarding right of way easement across TAMU
property
We have never received the above documents. The above are the only documents we're lacking to
finalize the permanent minutes for this Council meeting. Please provide status of these documents.
