Linda, sorry but this contract will not be signed due to the inability of the terms of the contract to be
negotiated. This ultimately resulted in the cancellation of our previous agreement that was unofficially
extended. We did change contractors in April to Maxor.
Thanks, Scott

RE: Resolution No. 2004-R0589, Agenda No. 308, of the 12/16/04 CC Mtg
On December 16, 2004, CC passed a resolution authorizing the City to contract with Systemed, LLC
through Medco Health for a prescription drug benefits program. As if date, our office has not received the
original agreement.
Since it is important for us to finalize our files and minutes, we need your prompt assistance.
thanks

This resolution was passed December16, 2004.
As the new "document handler", I am trying to get a grip on the missing information files, which I inherited
from Linda. I believe the latest info was that as of 02-04-05 we had not received the Medco Integrated
Prescription Drug Program Agreement.
Would you please update me on this matter
Thanks. Pat
