This ultimately resulted in the cancellation of our previous agreement that was unofficially extended. We did change contractors in April to Maxor. As if date, our office has not received the original agreement. Such agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein and into the Council as though set forth fully therein. Passed by the City Council this 16th da/of December '2004. As the new "document handler", I am trying to get a grip on the missing information files, which I inherited from Linda. I believe the latest info was that as of 02-04-05 we had not received the Medco Integrated Prescription Drug Program Agreement. Would you please update me on this matter Thanks.
