Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 2005-R0460 - Add Equipment/Vehicle Requested To Master Lease Program FY 2005-06 - 09/21/2005Resolution No. 2005-RO460 September 21, 2005 Item 43 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Lubbock to approve the equipment to be purchased as part of the Master Lease Program budgeted for in the FY 2005-06 Operating Budget, NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the equipment to be purchased as part of the Master Lease Program budgeted for in the FY 2005-06 Operating Budget as specified on the Equipment/Vehicle Request attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes is hereby approved.
