qualified property tax paying voters of this City may detbarmine such
question by a majority vote of those voting thereon; -And if a majority
of such voters vote in favor of the issuance of such Bonds, Bonds of
this City to be issued in said sum of 100*00000 in denominations of
19,000.00 each not exoeeding 6 per cent semi annual interest. payable
December First and ,Tune First of each year thereafter at Forty (40)
years from date of issuance, with the right 6f the City to take up all
or any part of such issuance after ten (10) years from date of
issuance upon giving Sixty f60) days noti-ce of intention to do so at
place of payment, and a tax will be levied sufficient to meet the
interest and create a sinking fund to retire such Bonds at their maturi-ty.
J.D. Wood, LeH.W.Terrp and H+K+ Porter qre hereby appointed as judges
nd clerks to hold such election whieh'shall be held subject to the
general laws of this State; Those voting at such election and desiring
to vote in f,°vor of the issuance of such Bonds as aforesaid, shall
have written or printed upon their ballots, The Wordst *For the

and oinking fund*# and those opposeao suoh issuance shall have written
or printed upon their ballotaf the words* "Against the Issuance of

The Mayor of this City ie'directed to give the necessary Notices of such
election.
And thus it is so ordered.
