Be Ift Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Lubbock.i T exas :
1. That any person, or persona, firm or corporation
entering into a contract with the City of Lubbock or any
property owner of said City for the construction of any
concrete sidewalks or curbs on any of the streets,r,i*ithin
the city limits of said City of Lubbock, x tat ifi x

work; `'`"enter into a bon t -good and sufficient surety approved
by the Mayor, obli acing such Contractor to keep such
sidewalk or curb in a good condition for a period of two
years from the date of the construction of stch side• walk

That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after
