That an annual tax of one dollar ($1.00) is hereby leviedoneverymaleinhabitant.of the O'ity of Lu bock, Lubbock County# Texas,
between the :ages of twenty one and sixty years, idiots and lunatics
excepted, for the year 1916, and said poll tax shall be collected as is
provided by law and Ordinances of the City of Texas.
