n sinking fund to redeem the bonds of the City of Lubbock, Texas@
1n the sum of $25 *000-.00 issued the 27th day of April, A.D. 1911, for
the purpose of the construction of water works in and for the City of
Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and shall be collected as is provided
by law and the Ordinances of the Uity of Lubbock, Texas.
