BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCR, TEXAS: Particle 1. That an annual poll tax of one dollar is hereby levied on every male inhabitant of the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, between the ages of twenty-one and sixty years, idiots and luna- tics excepted, for the year 1914, and said poll tax dhall be collected as is provided by Law and the Ordinances of the City of Lubbock.
