Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas: -- Article 1. That all concrete sidewalks constructed in the residenceportionsoftheCityofLubbock, Texas, along streets one hundred feet
in width shell be five feet wide and the curb line shall be fourteen
feet from the property line.
Article S. That all concrete sidewalks constructed in the residence
portions of the City of Lubbock along streets less than one hundred feet
in width, shall be four feet Wide and the curb line shall be ten feet
from the property line,
Article 3. That the inner line of all concrete sidewalks construct—
ed in the residence pcntions of the City of Lubbock shall be located
two feet from the property line.
Article 4purThat all trees planted between the sidewalk and the
curb shall be located an equal distance between the inner line of the
curb and the outer line of the zal$ sidewalk and shall be spaced equal
distances apart and in no case shall trees be planted nearer to the
alley curb than the proper distance of the tree row from the street curb.
Article 5. That this Ordinance shall take 9-0fect from and after
its passage and approval.
