Said Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. MI LER, MAYOR APPROVED AS TO CONTENT: Bill Howerton, Jr., Community Deve p ent Director APPROVED AS TO FORM: y Si s, ssi -Ci At -YWCA of Lubbock.res STATE OF TEXAS CONTRACTOR OF LUBBOCK AMENDMENT TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LUBBOCK AND YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF LUBBOCK This amendment to Agreement is entered into this 27 th day of September, 2007 between the City of Lubbock, a Texas municipal corporation (hereinafter called "the City") and Young Women's Christian Association of Lubbock, a non-profit corporation (hereinafter called "Contractor"). WHEREAS, the Contractor and the City have previously entered into an Agreement dated September 28, 2006 (hereinafter called "the Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor hereby desire to amend said agreement. NOW THEREFORE, the City and the Contractor hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1) Paragraph II Time of Performance of the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: Services of the Grantee shall start on the 28th day of September, 2006, and terminate on the 30th day of September, 2009. The terms of this Amendment and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any additional time period during which the Grantee remains in control of CDBG funds or other assets, including program income. 2) This amendment to the Agreement shall be effective upon execution. The remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and affect except as changed herein.
