LER, MAYOR Resolution No. 2007-RO148 STATE OF TEXAS § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF LUBBOCK § AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into by the CITY OF LUBBOCK (referred to herein as "Lessor"), a Home Rule Municipality of Lubbock County, Texas, and ABILENE AERO, INC. d/b/a LUBBOCK AERO (referred to herein as "Lessee"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee executed a Lease Agreement on the 9h day of May, 2002, in which Lessee was granted the privilege of operating as a Fixed Base Operator under 1. Multiple Services in the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Activities, 1991 as may be amended from time to time; and WHEREAS, Lessee desires to lease an additional 15,931 square feet for tenant/customer parking adjacent to Lessee -owned building of 15,591 square feet; NOW THEREFORE, Lessor and Lessee agree as follows: I. Article One, 1.01 Leased Premises, is amended by adding the following sentence: "Land for customer parking — 15,931 square feet" IL. Article Three, 3.01 Rentals, A. Ground Rental, is amended by adding: "4. Land for Customer Parking: Ground rental for 15,931 square feet of Leased Premises at the rate of $.1472 per square foot per year. Annual rental will be TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE AND 04/100 ($2,345.04) which rental shall be due and payable, in twelve, (12) equal monthly installments of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE AND 42/100 ($195.42)."
