for this Task At are based on efforts extended to create
the FEMA required duplicate effective model. During the
course of the restudy and creation of the duplicate
effective model, study consultant could not duplicate the
calculated peak water surface elevation for Clapp Park
(Playa Lake 21) within FEMA accepted tolerances.
Study consultant determined that effective FIS model
contained inaccurate BFE reported for Clapp Park (Playa
Lake 21). Error resulted in significant unanticipated man-
hours extended to find error in effective FIS model to
confirm duplicate effective model within FEMA accepted
tolerances.
