RESOLUTION
3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby approve (the proposal for the
unity Development Services Board FY 2009-2010 funding recommendations to the U. S.
ment of Housing and Urban Development under the Community Development Block
(CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the Emergency Shelter
(ESG), along with any changes, and all related documents. Said proposal is attached
and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the
