Session to ►e State of Texas in Right -of -Way Deed recorded in Volume 7008, Page 175, Records of ub'bock County, Texas and adjoining that tract of land conveyed to Retail West One, .P., a Texas limited partnership, in Warranty Deed recorded in File No. 2007049106, .ecords of Lubbock County, Texas; WHEREAS, the land specified is no longer needed for the use of citizens as a WHEREAS, a release of the right-of-way would enable an abutting landowner, 1 West One, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, more efficient use of the land; WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation has made this request of the ity of Lubbock; WHEREAS, the property description for said right-of-way is attached in Exhibit `A" of this resolution; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lubbock does not 3e any objection for the State to sell and release the said right-of-way to the landowner. by the City Council this 23rd day of March , 2009. WHENCE the southwest comer of said SECTION 37, BLOCK AK bears S 79`4959" W 3026.44 feet.
