RESOLUTION
IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to
Kecute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a Dedicatory Certificate in connection
+ith the platting by said City of Tract B, Primrose Pointe an Addition to the City of
ubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, and related documents. Said Dedicatory Certificate is
ttached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be
icluded in the minutes of the City Council.

FIELD NOTES on the proposed Plat Limits of Tract B, Primrose Point, an Addition to the City of
Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas and being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at found rod with orange cap marked RPLS 4460 for the Northeast corner of this
tract whence the Northeast corner of Section 30, Block AK bears North, 252.06 feet and S
89°59'03" E, 1295.28 feet;
THENCE South, 195.00 feet to a found 112" rod with orange cap marked RPLS 4400 for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West, with the North tine of Tract A, Primrose Pointe, an Addition as recorded in County
Clerk File Number 2007045844, Lubbock County Official Public Records, at 223.00 feet pass a
found 112" rod with orange cap marked RPLS 4460, in all 225.00 feet to the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE North, with the East line of Oakridge Avenue, 195.00 feet to the Northwest corner of this
tract„
THENCE East, with the South line of the tract described in County Clerk File Number
2007010396, Lubbock County Official Public Records, at 2 feet pass a found rod with yeliow cap ,
in all 225.00 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 1.007 Acres including any Right of
way.

DEDICATORY CERTIFICATE
THE STATE OF TEXAS

COUNTY OF LUBBOCK §
This is to certify that THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, a Texas Home -Rule
Municipality, is the owner of a tract of land described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all purposes. And the undersigned wishes to plat and dedicate the
above described property, designating streets, alleys, easements (surface and/or
underground), and other public properties shown in accordance with the attached map,
prepared by J.M. Cieszinski, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 4460, on the
11'h day of December, 2011, and approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
Lubbock on the 304,(.- day of A" C., , 2010'x. and desiring to have
said property platted, dedicated and duly filed for record as required by law, all as shown
on the attached map;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for and
in consideration of the premises and the special benefits to the remainder of the property
in the area, the undersigned does hereby DEDICATE all the streets, alleys, easements
(surface and/or underground), and other public properties shown and designated upon
said map to the PUBLIC for PUBLIC USE FOREVER; and by these presents does
impress the name of "TRACT B, PRIMROSE POINTE AN ADDITION to the City
of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas" upon said property for the correct reference and
description thereto by tract as indicated upon the attached map, and the undersigned does
hereby adopt the name hereinabove stated and impresses the same upon said land,
incorporating said map as a part of this dedication.
