Said Dedicatory Certificate is ttached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be icluded in the minutes of the City Council. And the undersigned wishes to plat and dedicate the above described property, designating streets, alleys, easements (surface and/or underground), and other public properties shown in accordance with the attached map, prepared by J.M.
