RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the City Council of the City of Lubbock does hereby acknowledge and
ratify the act of the City Manager in executing on behalf of the City of Lubbock, an
Amendment to the Commercial Lease concerning the leased premises at 2345 50`h Street.
by and between the City of Lubbock and High Impact Properties, Ltd, and related
documents. Said Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if
fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council.
