Said Contract is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. Concrete block outs in the slab for the fence will be poured by contractor. There is no provision for 110V service; LP&L will have to bring power to the east side of Milwaukee Avenue (electrical service at this site is currently 277/480V). N. Quaker & Adrian - install 6'0" tall 1 gauge commercial chain link fence with 3 stands of barbed wire at the top of three sides of the property, connecting to the existing fence on the south; there will be a 30'0" canti-lever roll gate on the north side; enclosed area will be separated by a 6'0" tall chain link fence with a 20'0" wide double swing gate on the north end. Concrete block outs in the slab for the fence will be poured by contractor. Run underground electrical service from existing utility pole.
