HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2014-R0073 - Amendment To Agreement - Tyler Technologies Inc. - 02/27/2014RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock,Amendment No. 2 to that certain Agreement dated December 17, 2012 for integrated permit,license and land management solutions,by and between the City of Lubbock and Tyler Technologies,Inc.of Duluth, Georgia, and related documents.Said Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth herein and shall be included in the minutes of the City Council. January 28,2014 AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LUBBOCK AND Tyler Technologies, Inc. THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT dated and entered into the 171h day of December 2012 by and between the City of Lubbock ("City") and Tyler Technologies, Inc. of Duluth, Georgia (formerly known as EnerGov Solutions LLC) (contract 10956). Tyler Technologies has entered into the Original Agreement with the City for Integrated Permit, License and Land Management Solutions. Amendment No. 2 increases the original contract amount of $1,392,758 by an additional $417,458 as stated in Exhibit A. The expiration date of the Agreement remains as originally stated. This amendment includes additional software, unlimited licensing for all EnerGov modules currently under contract, and implementation services associated with the increased scope of the Original Agreement. All other portions of the Original Agreement and previous Amendments shall remain in place and are not altered by this amendment.
