RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Lubbock Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement Between
the City of Lubbock and Tyler Technologies, Inc. (Contract No. 10956). The contract
amendment is attached hereto and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
herein and shall be included in the minutes of the Council.
Passed by the City Council this 5th day of November , 2015.

Time for working on the User Acceptance Testing List on SharePoint.

Schedule, Budget, Status calls, and coordination of resources.
End User Training and Go -Live — Code Enforcement — 40 Hours — Miguel Aleman, Consultant

If Lubbock decides to implement Citizen Self Service (rev 1 release anticipated Q 2016) these
hours would be used to configure this to be released product.

If Lubbock decides to implement Citizen Self Service (rev 1 release anticipated Q1 2016) these
hours would be used for a consultant to address UAT Issues.

AMENDMENT NO.3
TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
AND
TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
THIS IS AN AMENDMENT ("Amendment No. 3") TO THE AGREEMENT Contract 10956 dated and
entered into the 17" day of December, 2012 (the "Agreement') by and between the City of Lubbock
("City") and Tyler Technologies, Inc. ("Consultant'), with offices at 5519 53`d Street, Lubbock, Texas
79414.
The Consultant has entered into the Agreement and two subsequent amendments (the "Amendments")
with the City for, without limitation, the performance of professional services associated with integrated
permit, license and land management solutions.
This Amendment No. 3 increases the original Agreement amount by an additional $48,400. The
expiration date of the Agreement remains as originally stated.
This Amendment No. 3 includes work associated with the increased scope of the original project as set
forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto. For the purpose of reference, the new contract amount will be
$1,858,616.
All other portions of the original Agreement and previous Amendments shall remain in place and are not
altered by this amendment.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment as of this _day of
October, 2015.
